Pollo con Gamberi
- Chicken pieces and shrimp sautéed  in a garlic butter cream sauce with Romano cheese, tossed with penne.

Penne Calabra:
- Zucchini, summer squash, onions mushrooms and broccoli sautéed  in a garlic wine sauce, served with penne.

Shrimp Zingarella:
- Shrimp, mushrooms, roasted red peppers and garlic sautéed  in a light marinara sauce served over linguine.

Pollo Matrigiana:
Chicken pieces sautéed  with onions, diced tomatoes,  bacon and a pinch of  crushed red peppers in a tomato cream sauce.

Cheese Ravioli:
- Ravioli stuffed with Romano, mozzarella and ricotta cheeses; served in your choice of red,  pink or Alfredo sauce.

Tortellini Florentine:
- Mushrooms, artichoke hearts and a roasted red peppers sautéed  in a garlic cream sauce.

Trio Italiano:
- Slice of eggplant parmigiana with sausage and meatball, served over linguine in red sauce.

Manicotti:
- Filled with ricotta, mozzarella and Romano cheese, and oven baked in a tomato sauce.

Pollo Piazzaiola:
- Chicken scalloppine sautéed   with onions, tomatoes crushed red peppers in a garlic tomato wine sauce.

Pasta con Funghí:
- Assorted mushrooms sautéed  with olive oil and sherry cream sauce.

Salmon al Limone:
- Broiled salmon with spicy lemon peppers and then finished with capers in a dill butter wine sauce.
